Marketing and Communication Manager - Hackmatack Farm + Playhouse
As Marketing & Communications Manager for Hackmatack Farm + Playhouse, I lead seasonal marketing and promotional efforts for the 2026 programming season across theater productions, the Sundays at the Farm concert series, contra dances, Theater for Young Audiences, and farm-based community events. In this role, I work closely with a social media coordinator and production team to ensure all messaging is consistent with Hackmatack’s brand while supporting audience growth and engagement across southern Maine and New Hampshire.
I manage the venue’s digital and print marketing strategy, including creating and scheduling social media content, developing Meta ad campaigns, and overseeing community engagement through Facebook events and messaging. I also design and distribute weekly email newsletters through Mailchimp, focusing on show updates, behind-the-scenes content, and ticket promotion while actively exploring strategies to improve engagement and revenue. In addition, I coordinate press outreach by writing and distributing press releases, create and manage photo and video content for events and rehearsals, and oversee the development of print materials such as posters, road signs, and direct mailers, including their distribution to local partners and businesses.
